1. Marion Oaks
The most active new-construction market in the area. Multiple builders, lots of inventory, and easy I-75 access.
2. Citrus Springs
More space per dollar, bigger lots, quieter streets. Slightly longer drive to Ocala but the lifestyle is a clear step up.
3. Ocklawaha
If you want water access and don't mind a 25-minute drive into Ocala, nothing beats it on price.
